The new Kings Mill Hospital development in Nottinghamshire has undergone a radical transformation to create World-class health care facilities.
Costing over £320m, the rebuild of Kings Mill Hospital and parts of Mansfield Community Hospital is one of the biggest ever investments in the local NHS. This Private Finance Initiative redevelopment will improve clinical efficiency, the indoor  environment and will utilise Hydrothermal (lake source) energy.
J Tomlinson Ltd provided the Mechanical and electrical installations to Tower 3 and the Women’s and Children’s Unit and as part of their contract installed Stourflex expansion bellows, pipework anchors and guides to accommodate the thermal expansion that occurs in the heating systems of the super hospital.
 Stourflex provided pipework expansion specialist advice on the application and installation of expansion joints and provided drawings showing the recommended location of bellows and pipework anchors & guides.
